By using this website and purchasing from my shop, you agree to the following terms. If you do not accept them, please do not place an order.  

1. About My Shop

Everything in my shop is handmade, which means no two items will be exactly the same. Colors may vary slightly due to different screen settings. I reserve the right to update or remove listings at any time.  

2. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full before they are shipped. I accept payments through the methods listed at checkout. If there’s an issue with payment, your order may be delayed or canceled.  

3. Shipping & Delivery

I ship orders on Wednesdays and weekends. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and postal service delays. Once a package is shipped, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed items.  

4. Returns & Refunds

I accept returns under certain conditions. Customers must provide a valid reason for the return, and items must be sent back in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless I made an error. Please check my Return Policy for full details.  

5. Candle Use & Safety

Once a candle is purchased, it is the buyer’s responsibility to use it safely. I am not liable for any damage, injuries, or accidents caused by improper use. Please follow standard candle safety guidelines and refer to my "Candles - Health and Safety" page for detailed instructions.  

6. Privacy & Security

I respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide is used only for order processing and communication. I will never share your details with third parties.  

7. Limitation of Liability

I do my best to provide accurate product descriptions and quality items, but I cannot guarantee that my website will always be free from errors. I am not responsible for any direct or indirect damages related to the use of my website, products, or services.  

8. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All photos, designs, and content on this website belong to me and cannot be used without permission.  

9. Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use my website, you accept any changes made.
